Outsourced CFO Support
Financial improvement comes from consistent steps in the right direction.
A good CFO acts as a translator from your bookkeeper into a long-term financial strategy. Businesses with a CFO outperform those without and see an average of 15% increase in net income. Our CFOs provide budget, forecast, and cash flow planning, and gross margin, expense, and working capital optimization. They are the right hand of the CEO to drive your business forward.
On average, our clients that have been with us for more than 6 months see a 248% increase in profit.

CFOs are forward-facing, experienced high-level financial strategists.
We look at the short and long term strategy of the company and guide decision making, improve cash flow & revenue, improve margins and increase the money owners put in their pockets.
We use excel, Google sheets, FathomHQ and our collective strategic knowledge to help you build KPI’s & meet your business goals.
In higher levels of support, we manage your bookkeeper and CPA to make sure your books are closed in a timely manner and that your taxes get filed. We are not bookkeepers or CPAs — though we work hand-in-hand with them and their work and ours is vital to your success

No.
We currently don’t offer on-going bookkeeping support -but we do manage the relationship and help you get the right bookkeeper in place when needed.
We do not file taxes, but we help manage cash reserves to pay taxes, work with your CPA to reduce taxes where we can and make sure you’ve got all your tax filings covered. We’re not bookkeepers or CPA’s (tax accountants). We can help you get the right accounting team in place.
We require all clients to have a monthly bookkeeper. We prefer you to be on Quickbooks or Xero ( but call us either way!). Your books must be reconciled and up-to-date monthly.
We are big believers in “garbage in. garbage out”. When the accounting data isn’t complete, we can’t do our best work and get you to where you need to go.
We perform a chart of accounts review for all our clients and will work with your bookkeepers to make any adjustments needed.
