We complete your one‑time assessment: deep dive into cash, profitability, risks, and internal value, then deliver a clear roadmap for the next 12 months and beyond. You can implement with us, with your current team, or on your own.

Step 3 – Scope the Right CFO Package
Using what we learn in the assessment, we recommend one of five CFO tiers—Ad‑hoc, Foundations, Strategic, Fractional, or Exit Ready—based on your size, complexity, and goals. You see exactly what’s included each month and what stays as project‑based work.

Step 4 – Onboarding & First 90 Days
We align with your bookkeeper and tax pro, set up reporting in Fathom and our internal templates, and start a steady monthly rhythm: review numbers, make decisions, and implement changes. The focus is quick wins first (cash, clarity, and owner pay), then bigger moves

Step 5 – Ongoing CFO Cadence
Depending on your package, you’ll have 1–3 monthly strategy calls (or weekly during deals), standard monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and coordination with your finance team.
